This Modular Facade started with a team of 20 installers fabricating the sub frame in factory . With pre made Jigs to replicate each corner we formed the frames with 90mm mild steel stud along with structural SHS welded into each corner. Then Cladded with a powder coated colourbond panel, we then carefully installed the modular sections onto pre fixed brackets installed onto the slab edge. This facade was valued at $3.8m
